My name is Marcin
Lazowski. From birth I was living in the beautiful city
Police
near
Szczecin in Poland where I studied and later worked. By profession I am
a
conservator of architectural monuments. Also studied sociology, from
which I resigned and went to Ireland in search of new opportunities
for personal development. I had contact with photography, like
everyone. Camera was always in the house and I did occasional
pictures. For this purpose, I used an old Canon compact. On the Polish market, appeared digital cameras, and one of them, of course I bought.
It was a big change in my photography. I started off from the cheap
compact cameras. Picture quality was not excellent especially since
only the matrix ranged was from three to five million pixels. Next I gained
Fujifilm finepix6500fd. I was a level above. After mastering the basic
techniques of shooting and getting further experience I equiped myself
in the Nikon D90 SLR, which fully sufficient for every kind of
photography. I must admit that in a desperate
situation, when I see something interesting to photograph, and I do
not have a camera I use, even a mobile phone to take the picture.
Last bought new equipment Yashica-A, a very old camera and rare,
virtually inaccessible. Thanks to him I do have a photograph with
analogue camera using a 120mm film. Today virtually I don't parting
with the camera, because always happen to an occasion to capture
something special. Mostly I'm practising travel photography, which is
most closely related to my interests in discovering new places,
learning about people and seeking adventure.
